Terms of Service

Logiviz provides professional 3D visualization and animation services for warehouse and logistics operations, including but not limited to:

• High-quality still images and 3D floor plans
• Warehouse flythrough animations
• Fully animated process flow visualizations
• Custom visualization solutions for RFQ, RFI, and RFP support

2.1 Project Brief: Clients must provide accurate warehouse layouts, process flow data, and project requirements. Any changes to the initial brief may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

2.2 Revisions: Unlimited revisions are included within the initial project scope. Revisions outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

2.3 Timeline: Standard delivery is 48 hours from project approval. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available at an additional cost.

2.4 Deliverables: Final deliverables include high-resolution videos in multiple formats (MP4, WebM, 4K) as specified in the project agreement.

3.1 Pricing: All pricing is provided in writing and must be agreed upon before project commencement.

3.2 Payment Schedule: 50% deposit required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final delivery.

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays and suspension of services.

4.1 Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership and commercial rights to the final deliverables.

4.2 Portfolio Use: Logiviz reserves the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Client Materials: Clients warrant they have the right to use all materials provided to Logiviz for the project.

All client information, warehouse layouts, process data, and project details are kept strictly confidential. We can provide NDA agreements upon request for sensitive projects.

Logiviz's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
